This Privacy Policy explains how Blender Digital LLC collects, uses, retains, and shares information through our website, forms, scheduling tools, free tools, communications, and client services.

We may collect names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, restaurant and location details, inquiry content, scheduling information, payment and billing information, and information submitted through forms or tools. When providing services, we may also access restaurant account information, menus, sales, orders, payouts, promotions, advertising performance, reviews, storefront data, analytics, and related operational records.

3. Automatically collected information

We use technologies such as cookies, Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, interactions, device information, referring pages, approximate location, and website performance. Microsoft Clarity may capture session interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and page navigation. Sensitive form fields are expected to be masked according to the provider's controls.

We do not publicly identify a client through its name, logo, recognizable account screenshots, or identifiable results without authorization or rights granted by the applicable client agreement.

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, scheduling, forms, communications, payment processing, file storage, reporting, and business operations. These providers may include Vercel, GitHub, Google, Microsoft, Calendly, Jotform, Stripe, and similar vendors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the client relationship, and operational or legal needs. Aggregated or anonymized information may be retained longer because it does not reasonably identify an individual or client.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to legal, contractual, security, and recordkeeping exceptions. Our website and services are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

1. Digital professional services

Blender Digital provides digital marketing, advisory, analytics, and restaurant online-ordering platform management. We do not ship physical goods. Services are delivered electronically through account work, reports, meetings, email, shared documents, dashboards, and other agreed channels.

2. Engagement and start of work

A paid engagement begins according to the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or signed client agreement. Work may begin after required payment, account access, information, approvals, and onboarding materials are received. Delays in client access, responses, approvals, platform permissions, or third-party systems may affect delivery timing.

3. Service delivery

Deliverables and cadence vary by engagement and may include account setup, audits, strategy, promotions, sponsored listings, menu and storefront updates, review management, issue monitoring, performance analysis, reports, recommendations, and meetings. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, services are fulfilled throughout the purchased service period rather than delivered as a single completed item.

4. Client cooperation

Clients must provide accurate information, authorized account access, timely approvals, and reasonable cooperation. Blender Digital is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by missing access, unavailable data, delayed decisions, platform outages, account restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Payments

Payments may be accepted through Stripe, ACH, invoice, or another agreed method. Billing frequency, due dates, minimum terms, renewals, and late-payment terms are stated in the applicable client agreement or invoice.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Fees are non-refundable once the applicable service period or work has begun, unless a written client agreement expressly states otherwise. This reflects the strategy, labor, account-management capacity, and other resources allocated when service starts. Cancellation notice and any remaining payment obligations are governed by the applicable client agreement.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

Fulfillment means providing the agreed professional services; it does not mean guaranteeing a particular sales, profit, order-volume, advertising, ranking, or platform result. Outcomes depend on client operations, implementation, market conditions, budgets, and third-party platforms.
